The annual Gene Lewis Boxing tournament is the largest amateur boxing tournament in the state of Arizona. For over thirty years Mesa, Arizona has hosted the tournament and has seen many athletes compete from all over the nation and beyond. This tournament offers a great chance for fighters of all ages and experience levels to compete.

The Gene Lewis Tournament has had at least one member of each United States Olympic Boxing Team from 1976 to 2004 participate in our competition.
