Application Instruction
To complete the USA boxing, Inc. application form you will need:
  1. Two passport size photographs.
  2. A copy of your birth certificate.
  3. Cash or money order in the amound of $50.00.
Complete the USA Boxing application at the Gene Lewis Boxing Club, located at 59 E. Broadway, along with the three (3) required items above. After a short period you will receive you pass book and you will be registered to train at the gym.

GENE LEWIS BOXING CLUB STAFF

Robert Daniels
One of Coach Gene Lewis' prized pupils, Robert is a former National Champion and is widely regarded as one of the very best amateur boxers to ever compete in Arizona. He lends his considerable wealth of experience and knowledge to the GLBC coaching staff and serves as the team Lead Coach.

Robert Wallace
Like Robert Daniels, Coach "Robbie" also won the title of United States National Champion while training with Coach Gene Lewis. An expert in both fundamentals and technique,he provides nearly thirty years of boxing experience to the gym.

Chris Scala
The newest member of the coaching staff, Chris was formerly trained by Coach Gene Lewis and was recently crowned Overall Champion in the highly competitive Bad Boy Boxing Series. Chris brings a strong understanding of the sport and an excellent conditioning program to the GLBC.

Joshua Benjamin
Joshua Benjamin is the program director for the Gene Lewis Boxing Club and has been involved with the club for over 10 years. Josh is a former amateur champ and has over 15 years experience as a boxer. Joshua Benjamin continues to follow the blue print that Coach Gene Lewis left behind. All of the trainers at the club have all been trained by Gene at one point in their careers and the values and ideals that Gene passed on to them are now being imparted on the current athletes. Josh takes on the responsibility as Coach Gene Lewis’s successor to keep the doors open and to remain viable in the community. Around the valley when people speak of Joshua Benjamin at the Gene Lewis Boxing Club they speak in a manner Coach Gene Lewis would be proud of.
