TRAINING FORMAT

 

“If you miss one day, you know it.
If you miss two days, your opponent knows it.
If you miss three days, everyone knows it.”

A Day In Amateur Boxing
  • Exercise – 10 Minutes
  • Shadow Boxing – 6 Rounds
  • Heavy Bag – 5 Rounds
  • Speed Bag – 3 Rounds
  • Rope Skipping – 15 Minutes
  • Sparring – 4 Rounds
  • Each boxer is expected, on his own, to run five miles per day.

Purpose: To promote decency and prevent delinquency through services geared to providing behavioral guidance and the promotion of health, social, educational, vocational and character development of boys and girls.
